J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/bank made a submission that the issues between the parties had already been settled and the OTS dues were already settled and therefore, the cause arose for filing the Appeal Suit became vanished.

2. In view of the fact that the issues have already been settled between the parties, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the A.S.No.584 of 2008 stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
