Consequently, the Registry is directed to receive the written statement of the first defendant. Except the second defendant, all the parties have filed their written statement. On instructions, learned counsel for the second defendant states that the said defendant is ready and willing to submit to a decree. It is stated that a memo was filed to the said effect.
