ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation dated 20.10.2021 and to issue a transfer Patta in favour of the Petitioner.

2. Heard, Ms.K.Varsha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.10.2021 after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
