ORDER

This contempt petition has been preferred alleging non compliance of the order dated 15.11.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.24015 of 2016.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the aforesaid order, aggrieved by the non compliance of which, this contempt petition has been filed, has been complied with inasmuch as investigation in Cr. No.1113 of 2014 was completed and charge sheet https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ was filed on 16.03.2017 and the same has been taken on file as C.C. No.151 of 2018 by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chingleput.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this contempt petition is closed.
