This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.20940 of 2021 on 15.11.2021, that the petitioner shall stay at Coimbatore and report before the E3 Police Station, Saravnampatti daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
