This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in this case as expeditiously as possible.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that on receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 01.10.2020, a case in crime No.687 of 2020 registered. After registration of the case, no progress has been taken place. Hence, the above petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that in this case, investigation is in progress and it will be completed within a period of two months.
