Seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.06.2014, the petitioners have come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is seen that the respondents have registered a case in Crime No.208 of 2014 for offences under Sections 294B, 448, 324, 506(ii) read with 4 of the Tamilnadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act. The Police arrested two accused and two others appear to have been released on bail. After completion of investigation, the respondent police filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukkazhukundram and the same has been taken on file in CC.No.369 of 2014.
