Writ Appeal is filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patents, challenging the order of the Hon'ble Single Judge made in W.P. No. 38063 of 2016 dated 25.04.2018 and to set aside the same.

W.P. No. 38063 of 2016:- Petition praying that to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 6th Respondent Revenue Divisional Officer in Na.Ka.No.1424/16/A1 dated 25.10.2016 quash the same. JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN.J .) The present Writ Appeal is filed against the Interim Order passed by this Court in W.P. No. 38063 of 2016 dated 25.04.2018.

2. Since this Writ Appeal has been preferred against the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge, this Writ Appeal is not maintainable and the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant is permitted to withdraw this Writ Appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a petition to vacate the stay before the same learned Single Judge.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
