The learned counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioner after generating a debate before us, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, so that he can produce the necessary material before the Tahsildar concerned to satisfy him that the income of the family of the Writ Petitioner was less than the prescribed limits for securing non-creamy layer certificate. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement on the docket of the writ petition.
