This writ petition has been filed for forbearing the respondents from interfering with the peaceful conduct of business ie., cross massage in the name and style of M/s. Dream Studio Family Salon & Spa was situated at Door No.369-372, Jaganath Plaza, D.B.Road, R.S.Puram, Coimbatore Taluk, Coimbatore - 641 002.

On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is not running any spa in the name of M/s. Dream Studio Family Salon & Spa, at Door No.369372, Jaganath Plaza, D.B.Road, R.S.Puram, Coimbatore Taluk, Coimbatore - 641 002.

In view of the above submission, the directions sought for in this petition cannot be considered and the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
