These applications are filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the second defendant from making further disbursement or proceedings with recovery of any money from the plaintiffs and directing the first defendant to pay the entire money of Rs.73,60,172/- directly to the second defendant. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

The prayers made in these two applications are also sought for in the main suit itself. Hence, no orders can be passed in these applications.

In view of the above, these two applications are closed. Post the suit after two weeks for filing the written statement. 18.11.2016
