This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify the condition 6 [a] imposed in Crl.O.P.No.31226 of 2022 dated 21.12.2022, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerks Association, Chennai, Current Account No.484026006, IFSC No.IDIB000M157, Indian Bank, High Court Branch within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall produce the said receipt before the Court below.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was unable to mobilize the fund as he has no source of income, thereby, it is difficult for him to comply with the order passed by this Court, hence, he prayed to modify the condition.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition 6 [a] imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31226 of 2022 dated 21.12.2022, is modified as follows and the other conditions shall remain unaltered.
