Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the 4th and 5th respondents to take action to implement 2nd respondent's order dated 25.05.2022 to remove the encroachments in SF No.177/1, 177/2 at Moolasamudram Village, Ulundurpet Taluka, Kallakurichi District with the police protection.

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.R.Harinath, learned counsel for Ms.G.Pramila, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that out of the two lands mentioned in the petition, one is a government land and another is a patta land. Notice for survey would be issued within fifteen days. Survey would be conducted and depending upon the survey report, further action would be taken.

3. In view of the above statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
