When it is pointed out that the First Respondent by impugned order in G.O. (D) No. 1435, Home (Pol-XIII) Department dated 12.12.2018 has confirmed the order No. Moo.Mu.1262/2012/C4 dated 06.09.2016 passed by the Third Respondent rejecting the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

application of the Petitioner for renewal of his arms license to possess DBBL Gun on the ground of inordinate and unexplained delay of seven years, which could be faulted, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make an application for fresh license under the relevant statutory provisions. 2.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty, if the Petitioner is otherwise eligible. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
