This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 21.12.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.31226 of 2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.

Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
