O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to implement the order passed by the Hon'ble Court dated 14.07.2015 made in Crl.O.P.No.6034 of 2014.

2.It is seen that on 09.03.2012, the petitioners mangal sutra weighing about 15 sovereign of gold was snatched by an unknown person, who came from the opposite direction, and thereby the petitioner also suffered neck injury. Hence, she lodged a complaint before the respondent police and a case in Crime No.231 of 2012 came to be registered. Thereafter, the respondent police have caught the accused person and he was identified by the petitioner. The respondent police have informed the petitioner that her mangal sutra will be recovered in a day or two and will inform her. Since there is no action to return the mangal sutra, the petitioner filed a petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6034 of 2014 and this Court by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

an order dated 14.07.2015 directed to transfer the entire case diary in Crime No.231 of 2012 to Mangadu Police Station. However, the case diary was not transferred and also that the petitioner's mangal sutura has not been returned to her, she has filed the present petition with the aforesaid prayer. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that now the order dated 14.07.2015 passed in Crl.O.P.No.6034 of 2014 is complied with by the 2nd respondent police and the case diary was transferred to the file of 1st respondent police and the investigation is still pending.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also accepted that the order dated 14.07.2015 has been complied with. 5.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
