THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.303 of 2022 IN CRL OP.16547 of 2021 AMALRAJ PRASANNA [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE (CRIME), J-6, THIRUVANMIYUR POLICE STATION, CHENNAI (CRIME NO.675 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.16547 of 2021 dated 09.09.2021 with a condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S A.CHITRA, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16547 of 2021 on 09.09.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
