PRAYER: This criminal original petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.28575 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.28575 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28575 of 2024 on 04.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once, i.e., on Monday of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
