ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit the first instalment of 25% of Rs.3,50,000/- as per conditional order No.(i) of this court dated 22.11.2024 in Crl.MP No.16467 of 2024 in Crl.RC No.2023 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on records.

The time granted by this court to deposit 25% of the cheque amount namely Rs.3,50,000/- to the credit of C.C.No.2676 of 2017 before the trial court is extended till 29.01.2025 and the petitioner shall thereafter deposit the balance of 15% of the cheque amount to the credit of C.C.No.2676 of 2017 before the trial court, within three

(3) weeks from 29.01.2025, failing which the order passed by this Court on 22.11.2024 shall stand automatically vacated.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
