Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S C.RAGHAVAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.V.MEDHANATHAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent and of NO APPEARANCE for the 2nd Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking to extend the order of interim stay passed in Crl.M.P.No.9106 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16689 of 2021, dated 28.09.2021, pending disposal of the above petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition being satisfactory, the order of interim stay already granted by this Court Crl.M.P.No.9106 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16689 of 2021 on 28.09.2021 is extended until further orders.
3.Registry is directed to verify as to whether any vakalat is filed on behalf of the second respondent and print the name of the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent in the cause list.
