2. The District Collector, Thiruvallur District.

3. The Chief Secretary, Government of Tamil Nadu, Chairman of the Empowered Committee, Fort St. George, Chennai-600 009.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

4. Mrs.Meera Arumugam, learned Addl. Government Pleader takes notice for the proposed respondents 3 to 5.

5. Post the matter on 22.02.2022 under the caption "For orders".

6. In the meantime, learned Addl. Government Pleader is directed to get instructions.
