This petition is filed to amend the petitioner name as Rajesh Kanna @ Prabha instead of Rajesh Kanna in the above Crl.O.P.

2. It is stated that this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25193 of 2023 vide order dated 15.11.2023. In the affidavit of the petitioner, he has mentioned his name as Rajesh Kanna and the same was carried out in the order copy, whereas his original name is Rajesh Kanna @ Prabha, due to which the learned Magistrate has returned the surety affidavit, since there is correction in the name. Hence this petition.

3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to issue the fresh order copy with the correct name of the petitioner.

4. In view of the above amendment the time for surrender by the

petitioner before the concerned court to execute sureties is extended till 14.02.2024 and no further time shall be granted, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted shall automatically stands dismissed. 24.01.2024 smn
