ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Civil Revision Petition is filed against the delivery order passed in the Execution Petition. When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up, it is submitted that delivery has been effected and EP is terminated. The learned counsel made an endorsement to that effect and further sought for leave of Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.
