This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to release the Petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in the case in Crime No.19/2021 on the file of the Respondent Police pending, investigation.

2. No one represented on behalf of the Petitioner.

3. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that similarly placed accused viz., Vijay Nallathambi @ K.Nallathambi has already filed an application for Anticipatory Bail in Crl.OP.No.18238 of 2021 and this Court taking into consideration the facts and circumstance of the case, had dismissed the same by order dated 17.12.2021. Against the dismissal of the anticipatory bail, the said accused Vijayanallathambi @ K.Nallathambi has filed Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No.588/2022 and the Hon'ble Apex Court by order dated 04.02.2022 had dismissed the application and he would seek seek for dismissal of the present Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
