This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below dismissing Crl.M.P.No.2240 of 2023 by order dated 05.12.2023.

2. Heard Mr.V.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel for petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. The Court below has considered the ground that has been raised by the petitioner and had also called for the remarks of the trial Court and had gone through the same. The Court below came to the conclusion that there is absolutely no ground to transfer the case to some other Court.

4. This Court does not find any illegality or infirmity in the order passed by the Court below and it does not warrant the interference of this Court.
