These Criminal Miscellaneous petitions are filed by the legal heirs of the appellant.

2.Since the appellant passed away pending the appeal on 16.05.2021 and since it is necessary to prosecute the appeal, so as to get the service of benefits in respect of the deceased appellant, the legal heirs want to come on records so as to prosecute the appeal.

3. Considering the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these criminal miscellaneous petitions are allowed.
