(CRIME NO. 363 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for comply condition before the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore as per order in Crl.O.P.No.13950/2021 dated 10/08/2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MUKESH KANNAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 10.08.2021, this Court had granted bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for comply condition before the lower court.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserve to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply condition before the lower court. All other conditions remain unaltered.
