This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 8(b) imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 02.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9284 of 2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on first and last working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
