ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) We have received interim report dated 10.09.2025 from the Interim Administration Board (Board). The Board has assumed charge on 02.09.2025 and has been handed over the records including the accounts in relation to the All India Sai Samaj.

2.The appointments of Mr.G.Jayaraman and Mrs.N.Gayathri, as Liaison Officer and Internal Auditor respectively, with honorarium as mentioned in point No.2 of the report, are noted. 2/4

3.As suggested by the Board at Para No.5, we direct the Commissioner of Corporation, to conduct an inspection of the shopping complex annexed to, and adjoining the premises of the All India Sai Samaj, examine the structural stability of the same and furnish a detailed report within a week to the Board.

5.Let a copy of this order be served by Mr.Chandru, learned counsel, who is representing the Board before us, to Mr.Edwin Prabhakar, learned Special Government Pleader, for onward transmission to the Commissioner, the Greater Chennai Corporation for necessary action forthwith, as indicated in paragraph 3 supra.
