ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1539 of 2015 pending on the file of the X Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai. 2.It is submitted by both side that during the pendency of the above petition, compromise has been arrived between the parties and in view of the compromise, mutual consent divorce petition has been filed before the trial Court and the case in C.C.No.1539 of 2015 has been withdrawn. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdrawn the petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
