The petitioner/A3 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.12.2023, registered by the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 341, 372, 373, 506(ii) of IPC read with Section 81 of Juvenile Justice Act, in Crime No.510 of 2023, seeks bail.

2. It is the case of the defacto complainant that the first accused had illicit relationship with the defacto complainant and child was born.

3. It is stated that the accused persons through the help of this particular accused had sold the child for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the accused Nos. 4 and 5.

4. Taking into consideration, the seriousness of the offence and also the bail application of the other accused had been dismissed by this Court and the fact that the role of this accused, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
