J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the appellant, made a submission that in spite of several efforts, he is unable to secure instructions from the appellant to proceed with the Second Appeal. The entire efforts taken by the learned counsel for the appellant went in vain and consequently, the learned counsel for the appellant reported no instructions. appellant, this Court is of an opinion that no purpose would be served by keeping the present Second Appeal for an unspecified period. Accordingly, the Second Appeal stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
