ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the first respondent dated 03.12.2025 rejecting the petitioner's application seeking for sub-division and transfer of patta in her favour for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.
2. The petitioner has challenged the impugned proceedings on the ground that the said order is a non-speaking order.
3. As seen from the same, no reasons have been given for rejecting the petitioner's application seeking for sub-division and issuance of patta. Excepting for stating 'K' as the reason for rejection, the respondent by total non-application of mind has not stated any reason for rejecting the petitioner's application seeking for sub-division and transfer of patta. Being a non-speaking order and an order passed by total non-application of mind, necessarily, the impugned order dated 03.12.2025 has to be quashed by this Court and remanded to the very same respondent for fresh consideration on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) The impugned order dated 03.12.2025 passed by the first respondent is hereby quashed by this Court.

(b) Consequently, the matter is remanded back to the first respondent for fresh consideration, on the petitioner's application seeking sub-division and transfer of patta in her favour for the subject property, and for passing orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner along with the application seeking sub-division and transfer of patta, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
No Costs. W.M.P.No.1406 of 2026 is ordered.
