KANTHAVEL Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 256 days in preferring an appeal as against the Final award dated 15.03.2019 on the file of MACT, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur IN CMP No.1697 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.BHUVANASUNDARI, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 256 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 256 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to 'Samarpana', No.10, Subramani Nagar, Vinayagapuram, Near Retteri, Kolathur Post, Chennai-99, [Savings Bank Account No.10156284387, State Bank of India, Jawahar Nagar Branch, Chennai, IFSC Code SBIN0007582, Contact person: Mr.B.M.Sridhar, Mobile No.9282112830], within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
