JUDGMENT

On a perusal of the notes paper, it is observed that, on 07.03.2017, the learned counsel for the appellants was not ready. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 22.03.2017, under the caption 'for dismissal'. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.03.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. Therefore, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
