ORDER

Seeking to call for the records pertaining to C.C.No.6 of 2013 on the file of the Special Judge, Prevention of Corruption Act cases at Chennai and quash the same with respect to the petitioner herein, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3.This Court is not inclined to consider the Criminal Original Petition for two reasons.

(i) Earlier, quash petition was dismissed by this Court on 05.01.2017 and (ii) The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the trial has already been commenced including cross examination of the investigating officer by the petitioner/accused. 4.Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Index:Yes/No 21.09.2017
