third respondent and quash the same and direct the third respondent to give the benefit of the order dated 01.08.2018 passed by this Court in W.A.Nos.1020, 1021, 1022, 1023, 1024, 1025, 1026, 1090, 1091, 1092 and 1093 of 2018 to the petitioners.
