Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter namely K.Sathya, aged 21 years, D/o.R.Karunanidhi, residing at Sozhakattu Village, Annaikattu Post, Cheyyar Taluk, Kancheepuram District from the illegal custody of the third respondent before this Court and to set her at liberty.

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue K.Sathya, aged 21 years, D/o.R.Karunanidhi, to cause production of his daughter, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. On enquiry, the detenue told us that she is a major aged about 21 years and that there is no illegal detention by anybody and that she expressed her willingness to go along with her father.

3.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
