Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of petitioner not appearing either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- When the matter was came up for hearing on 25.08.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 26.08.2021 (today). Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
