COMMON JUDGMENT On 15.06.2023, when the matters were listed, no representation for the plaintiff. Hence the matters were ordered to be listed "for dismissal" on 26.06.2023.

2. Even today when the matters were taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the plaintiff in all the suits.

3. The suits are of the year 1999 and the same are pending without any progress. The suits have been filed seeking the reliefs of permanent injunction restraining the defendant Corporation from in any way interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the hoardings installed in the suit property by the plaintiff. In view of the subsequent enactments made to regularise the hoardings under Act 26 of 2000, the suit has become infructuous.

4. The plaintiff in the suits also called absent and hence, the above suits are dismissed for default. No costs.
