The petitioner/A1 in Crime No.731 of 2023 registered by the respondent police under Sections 448, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC and 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 seeks anticipatory.

2. It is stated that on 12.11.2013 due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with other accused entered into the house of the defacto complainant abused her with filthy words and threatened her.

3. Taking all those factors into consideration and also the fact that the petitioner is having one previous case under NDPS Act. I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
