Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to survey petitioner's lands in Re-survey No.252/2 an extent of 3.64 Acres as per sub division 252/2B and 2B3 HA 1.44.5 and survey No.252/2A an extent of 0.02.0 Hectares out of it 1.50 Acres situated at Bellarampalli village, Krishnagiri District with police protection as per D.No.67/2017 dated 10.02.2017 of District Munsif, Krishnagiri.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to survey petitioner's lands in Re-survey No.252/2 an extent of 3.64 Acres as per sub division 252/2B and 2B3 HA 1.44.5 and survey No.252/2A an extent of 0.02.0 Hectares out of it 1.50 Acres situated at Bellarampalli village, Krishnagiri District with police protection as per D.No.67/2017 dated 10.02.2017 of District Munsif, Krishnagiri.

2.Heard, Mr.K.Thiruvengadam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to survey the petitioner's land, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 7, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fee.

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
