ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.322 of 2014 pending on his file and expedite the trial within the time as stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.322 of 2014, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakonam and the same was also taken on file as PRC No.13 of 2016.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal original petition is closed.
