Respondents/ Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the encroachment made by the 4th Respondent, particularly in Indian Bank Street, Poondi Village, Thiruvallur Taluk and District.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to remove the encroachments made in the public property.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that encroachments have been removed. An action taken report has been filed and the same is taken on record.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly, it is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP Nos.477 and 1300 of 2022 are also dismissed.
