The relief as such sought for in the present writ petition may not survive at this length of time, since it pertains to the selection of a dealer for supply of LPG cylinders, which took place in the year 2018. Hence the writ petition is closed. If at all any fresh steps are initiated by the first respondent Corporation, it is left open to the petitioner to participate in the same.
