ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to pay the petitioner the eligible Privilege leave encashment with interest on the petitioner petitions dated 20.07.2015 and 27.07.2019.

2. Mr.S.Makesh, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the request of the petitioner has been considered and it has been rejected on 31.07.2019.

3. Since the petitioner has not chosen to challenge the order of rejection dated 31.07.2019 and filed this writ petition seeking writ of mandamus, he is given with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition

challenging the order of rejection.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
