This petition is filed to condone the delay of 233 days in filing the C.M.A.SR.No.1803 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Mr.R.Neethi Perumal, the learned counsel entered appearance on behalf of the third respondent.

4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned subject to the waiver of interest for the delay period and the petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to print the name of the learned counsel for third respondent in the cause list at the time of admission.
