ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents not to put up any fence in front of the library building constructed in Keelkangeyankuppam Village, Panruti Taluk, by blocking the pathway to the petitioner's house and shop.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that a public library has been constructed in the Government land. A compound wall has already been constructed in and around the library building to protect the library.

4. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. Thus, the writ petition is devoid of merits and it is liable to be dismissed.
