Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. He also prayed that the petitioner may be granted with a liberty to challenge the order of return dated 14.10.2024 stating the petition seeking extension of time is not maintainable.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 14.10.2024 returning the petition seeking extension of time.
