Mr.D.Ravichander,SGP Order This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to cancel patta No.497 for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner claims that erroneously and illegally patta No.497 was issued in the name of the parties, disclosed in the said patta. The petitioner seeks for cancellation of the same. The petitioner had given a representation to the respondents on 26.12.2025 to the respondents seeking for cancellation of patta No.497. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He would submit on instructions that the petitioner's representation is under consideration by the third respondent. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta No.497, standing in the name of the persons, disclosed in the said patta, after hearing the objections of the persons in whose names, presently the patta stand and any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
